Go to File, and then Network Configuration.
Under Properties, enter the following:

1. Under For receiving mail, the POP3 Host should be mail.jvlnet.com (all in lower case).
2. The User name is your JVLNET username (all in lower case).
3. The Password is your JVLNET password (all in lower case).
4. Under For sending mail, the SMTP host should be mail.jvlnet.com (all in lower case).

Click OK.
